🎭 Character Appearance Guidelines & Procedures

We’re Here to Bring the Party to Life! 🎉

Our characters are excited to celebrate with you! To make sure your character experience is safe, fun, and enjoyable for everyone, please review the following guidelines before your event.

⏰ Please Be Ready When We Arrive

Our characters are scheduled according to your selected event time. Please have the children and party area ready when the character arrives so we can make the most of your entertainment time.

If the party or children are not ready when we arrive, your scheduled entertainment time may still continue as planned.

🎭 Character Respect

Our characters love hugs, high-fives, dancing and taking pictures!

For everyone's safety, please remind children:

• Please do not pull on the character's costume, arms, hands, ears, tails or other costume parts.

• Please do not try to remove the character's head or costume.

• Please do not hit, kick, climb on or tackle the character.

• Please do not chase or pull the character.

• Please allow the character to move safely around the party area.

Parents and adult guests are responsible for helping young children follow these guidelines.

🎶 Music & Dancing

We bring our own speaker and family-friendly music. Our characters love dancing and interacting with the children while enjoying their favorite nursery rhymes and party songs.

📸 Photos & Special Birthday Video

There will be plenty of opportunities throughout the visit for photos, hugs, high-fives and fun interactions.

Approximately 15 minutes before the character leaves, we will gather the characters together for a special birthday moment. The characters will stand behind the birthday child while we capture photos and a special video for your family to remember the day.

👨‍👩‍👧 Adult Supervision

An adult must remain present and supervise the children throughout the character appearance.

Our performers are there to entertain—not to provide childcare or babysitting services.

🚫 Please Keep the Performance Area Clear

Please provide a safe area for the character to walk, dance and interact with the children.

Keep food, drinks, toys, sharp objects and other hazards away from the performance area whenever possible.

💰 Remaining Balance

Unless otherwise arranged in writing, the remaining balance is due before the character performance begins.

Your deposit reserves your date and time.

💵 Deposit Policy

A $100 non-refundable, transferable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.

The deposit may be transferred to another available date according to our rescheduling policy.

🚗 Arrival & Setup

Our performers may arrive early to prepare and change into character. Please allow our team the appropriate time to get ready before the scheduled appearance.
