Our Character Walk-Through Experience is designed to create excitement, energy, and unforgettable memories for guests of all ages. Our professional performers actively engage with your guests by dancing, greeting children, posing for photos, giving high-fives and fist bumps, participating in dance battles, and interacting throughout your event.

Guest Interaction & Character Safety Policy

At Imaginations Carnival and Characters, our goal is to provide a magical, fun, and safe experience for every child and guest. To help us create an enjoyable event for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests follow these simple guidelines while interacting with our characters.

Please Be Respectful of Everyone

Our characters love meeting every child! To give each guest a chance to enjoy the experience, we ask that parents and guests avoid keeping a character for an extended period of time. Please allow the characters to continue walking throughout the event so they can greet, dance, and take photos with all of the children.

Adult Supervision Required

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children while interacting with our characters. Our performers are entertainers and are not responsible for supervising children.

Please Do Not Pull or Grab the Characters

For the safety of our performers and the protection of our costumes, guests may not:

• Pull on character heads, tails, ears, arms, hands, or clothing.
• Attempt to remove or lift a character's head or costume.
• Push, shove, tackle, or climb on the characters.
• Hit, kick, bite, scratch, or throw objects at the characters.
• Hang or swing from any costume pieces.
• Block or intentionally prevent characters from moving throughout the event.

No Rough Play

Children who are fighting, behaving aggressively, or intentionally damaging costumes or props may be asked to leave the character interaction area. The safety of our performers and guests is our highest priority.

Please Wait Your Turn

To make the experience enjoyable for everyone, we ask guests to be patient while waiting for photos, hugs, fist bumps, high-fives, and dances. Our characters will make every effort to interact with as many guests as possible during the event.

Character Visibility & Safety

Some mascot costumes have limited visibility. Please do not run directly in front of, behind, or underneath a character, and avoid sudden grabbing or startling the performers.

Weather & Heat Safety

For events lasting longer than one hour, characters may briefly rotate for hydration and cooling breaks. Backup performers may step into costumes so the entertainment continues with minimal interruption.

Respect the Magic

To preserve the magic for every child:

• Please do not ask performers to remove their costume heads during the event.
• Costume heads must remain on while characters are in public view.
• Characters will only remove costume pieces in a private, designated break area away from guests.

Costume Damage

Clients may be held financially responsible for intentional damage caused by guests to costumes, props, or equipment. Our professional mascot costumes are specialty items that require costly repairs or replacement if damaged.
