Character Party Policies & Procedures

To ensure a safe, magical, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies before your event:

Character Safety

• Please do not pull on the character's head, tail, ears, hands, clothing, or accessories.
• No hitting, kicking, pushing, tackling, or rough play with the character.
• Children should not attempt to remove or lift the character's head or costume.
• Please do not throw objects at the character.
• Adult supervision is required at all times, especially with younger children.

Performance Guidelines

• Our characters perform best in a safe, open area with enough space to move, dance, and interact.
• Characters may need a brief break if weather conditions become too hot or physically demanding.
• Character performers have limited visibility, so please help keep pathways clear.
• For everyone's safety, children should approach the character one at a time during photo opportunities.

Weather Policy

• Outdoor appearances may be delayed, shortened, or moved indoors during heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or extreme temperatures.
• A covered or indoor backup location is recommended for all outdoor events.

Event Readiness

• The event host is responsible for ensuring the party is ready at the scheduled start time.
• If the character is kept waiting because the party is not ready, that waiting time counts as part of the scheduled visit.
• Additional time may be available only if the performer's schedule allows and will be billed at the current hourly rate.

Respectful Conduct

• Anyone displaying aggressive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior toward our performers may cause the appearance to end immediately without a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe for our performers or guests.

Photos & Memories

• Guests are encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the visit.
• For an even more memorable experience, ask about adding our Professional Photo Booth with instant photo prints and digital sharing.
