GIANT SUPERHERO CITY WALL – POLICIES & PROCEDURES
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
1. SUPERVISION
An adult must be present and responsible for supervising children whenever the inflatable is in use. Children must be monitored at all times. Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC does not provide a dedicated attendant unless an attendant has been specifically added to your reservation.
2. AGE & SIZE REQUIREMENTS
Children must be able to safely use the inflatable based on their age, size, and physical ability. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether their child can safely participate. Children should not be allowed to use the inflatable if they are unable to follow safety instructions.
3. NO SHOES
Shoes must be removed before entering or using the inflatable. Socks are recommended. Bare feet, cleats, boots, sandals, or footwear that could damage the inflatable are not permitted.
4. NO SHARP OBJECTS
No sharp objects, toys, jewelry, glasses, keys, pens, pencils, or other objects that could puncture, tear, or damage the inflatable are permitted inside or around the inflatable.
5. NO FOOD OR DRINK
Food, drinks, candy, gum, confetti, silly string, paint, slime, markers, or other messy materials are not permitted on or inside the inflatable.
6. NO SMOKING
Smoking, vaping, candles, fireworks, grills, open flames, or any heat-producing equipment must be kept completely away from the inflatable.
7. WEATHER POLICY
For outdoor events, the inflatable must not be operated during unsafe weather conditions. This includes thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, heavy rain, or other conditions that may create a safety hazard. Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC reserves the right to stop setup or operation if weather conditions become unsafe.
If severe weather occurs during your event, the inflatable must be evacuated immediately when requested by our staff. Safety always comes first.
8. SETUP SURFACE
The inflatable must be placed on a suitable, reasonably level surface that is free of rocks, sticks, pine cones, sharp objects, glass, debris, mud, standing water, and animal waste.
The inflatable should not be placed directly on extremely hot asphalt, concrete, gravel, or other surfaces that could damage the equipment unless specifically approved by Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC.
9. SPACE REQUIREMENTS
Customers are responsible for providing enough space for the inflatable, blower, entrance/exit areas, safety equipment, and staff to safely operate and access the unit.
Please measure your space before booking. The Giant Superhero City Wall is approximately 13 feet 1 inch high, so adequate overhead clearance is required.
IMPORTANT: Always allow additional clearance around and above the inflatable. Never place the inflatable underneath low ceilings, trees, power lines, branches, or other overhead obstructions.
10. INDOOR EVENTS
The Giant Superhero City Wall may be used indoors when the venue has sufficient ceiling height, floor space, electrical access, and permission for inflatable equipment.
The customer is responsible for confirming that the venue permits inflatables and that the available space meets the required dimensions.
11. ELECTRICITY
A safe electrical source must be available for the inflatable blower. Electrical connections must remain dry and protected from water and other hazards.
Customers may not disconnect, move, adjust, or interfere with the blower or electrical equipment.
12. DO NOT MOVE THE INFLATABLE
Customers and guests are not permitted to move, drag, lift, reposition, unplug, or adjust the inflatable.
If the inflatable needs to be moved or adjusted, please contact Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC.
13. CAPACITY & SAFE USE
The inflatable is designed for recreational and decorative use according to the manufacturer's safety requirements. Overcrowding is not permitted.
Children should not push, shove, tackle, climb on the exterior walls, hang from the inflatable, or intentionally collide with one another.
14. ADULTS & INFLATABLE USE
Adults should not enter the inflatable unless the equipment is specifically designed and approved for adult use. Please follow the capacity and usage instructions provided by Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC.
15. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Wrestling or roughhousing
- Pushing or fighting
- Climbing on exterior walls
- Hanging from the inflatable
- Jumping from the inflatable
- Using sharp objects
- Food or drinks inside
- Silly string or confetti
- Paint, slime, or markers
- Smoking or vaping
- Pets inside the inflatable
- Any activity that could damage the equipment
16. DAMAGE POLICY
The customer is responsible for reasonable care of the equipment during the rental period.
Damage caused by misuse, intentional abuse, prohibited items, negligence, pets, sharp objects, food, drinks, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in additional charges.
17. CLEANING
Customers are responsible for keeping the inflatable reasonably clean during the rental period. Excessive cleaning caused by food, drinks, mud, paint, slime, silly string, or other prohibited materials may result in additional cleaning charges.
18. DELIVERY & SETUP
Our team will determine the safest location for setup based on the available space and surface conditions. Customers must have the setup area accessible and ready when our team arrives.
Please remove vehicles, toys, furniture, decorations, debris, and other obstacles from the designated setup area.
19. CANCELLATION & WEATHER
All reservations are subject to the cancellation and weather policies of Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC. If weather or another unsafe condition prevents safe operation, we will work with the customer according to our current company policies.
20. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By booking the Giant Superhero City Wall, the customer agrees to follow all safety instructions and accepts responsibility for ensuring that guests follow these policies.
Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop use of the inflatable if we believe the equipment is being used in an unsafe manner.
21. PHOTO & EVENT USE
The Giant Superhero City Wall is an excellent backdrop for photographs, superhero parties, character appearances, photo booths, birthdays, community events, and special celebrations.
Customers may combine the City Wall with our superhero characters and photo booth services to create a complete superhero experience.
22. FINAL SAFETY RULE
SAFETY COMES FIRST! Imaginations Carnival and Characters LLC wants every family to have an amazing experience while protecting our customers and equipment.
By reserving the Giant Superhero City Wall, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow these policies and procedures.
