Our characters love meeting and entertaining children, and we want every character experience to be safe, fun, and respectful. Please help us take care of our performers and costumes by following these important rules:

🚫 Please Do NOT:

❌ Pull, tug, or grab the character's tail, ears, arms, legs, or costume pieces.

❌ Attempt to remove, lift, or pull off the character's head or mask.

❌ Hit, kick, push, tackle, or intentionally roughhouse with the character.

❌ Hang on or climb on the character.

❌ Pull on zippers, Velcro, buttons, or other parts of the costume.

❌ Allow children to chase or intentionally knock into the character.

❌ Give food or drinks to the character unless approved by the entertainer.

❌ Use sharp objects, toys, or props against the costume.
