What to Expect During Your Character Experience

Before your character arrives, we will check in with you, make sure everything is ready, and collect any remaining balance due. Our team typically arrives early to prepare and get dressed before entering the event.Once ready, the character makes a fun entrance with music and a small skit when possible, creating excitement and a magical moment for guests. The character may also walk through the event space, greeting everyone and becoming familiar with the environment.Our meet-and-greet experience is designed to help children feel comfortable and excited. Sometimes seeing their favorite character in real life — bigger than they appear on TV — can be surprising at first. By allowing children to watch the character interact with family and friends, they often gain confidence and overcome any fears they may have.After everyone feels comfortable, the fun begins! Characters will take plenty of photos, dance with the children, interact with guests, and create unforgettable memories. During the birthday celebration, the character will stand behind the birthday child while everyone sings “Happy Birthday,” capturing a special video moment that families can treasure forever.Our goal is to make every child feel special while creating a magical experience they will remember for years to come.

Yes. We deploy to driveways, backyards, school yards, parks, ball fields, church lots, and rental venues. Generators and ground protection are included for inflatables on grass or pavement.
