Imaginations Carnival and Characters brings the magic to you! Advanced booking and deposits are required to secure entertainers for your special event.
The $100 deposit locks in your booking, with no refunds. (However, you can use that deposit value towards rebooking on another date if available.) The remaining balance is then due UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE ANY SET UP OR CHARACTER GETTING DRESSED, SO HAVE YOUR REMAINING BALANCE WHEN I APPROACH YOU UPON ARRIVAL.

$50 traveling fee applies for locations more than 20 minutes from Virginia Beach Oceanfront

if you live in Yorktown, Williamsburg, Petersburg, Franklin, Poquoson or any places that is outside of the 7 cities of Hampton roads within 1 hour travel, no travel fee if you order package 3 or above.
Prices are based on preparation, overhead, time, wages, SET UP, BREAK DOWN, inventory, employees, principle, rapport, skills, packing, unpacking, supplies, production cost, product cost, competitor pricing, quality of characters, quality of work ethics, integrity, commitment and professionalism.
While doing concessions and bounce houses we stay up to 3-4 hours, upon the 4th hours we will start packing our things to leave.
All remaining balances are paid upon ARRIVAL before any set up.
